These terms govern your use of tuck (“the Software”), a macOS window-management application operated by Pakco Chan (“we”, “us”).
tuck is a macOS application. The core app is free to download and use. An optional one-time Pro license unlocks advanced split-screen layouts.
Upon purchasing a Pro license, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Pro features. Each license key may be activated on a limited number of devices. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software or your license key.
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for all orders. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from its use.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
